From Holloway Road to Northeast
D's Kitchen started as a small counter on Holloway Road in North London, built on one idea: fry it fresh, sauce it heavy, serve it fast. Thousands of reviews later, we packed the recipes and brought them to Minneapolis.
Same hand-battered chicken. Same house sauces mixed daily. Same smashed patties pressed hard on a screaming flat top for that lacy, crispy edge.
